This hands-on follows the "NGS & Transcriptomics" lecture.
Following the lecture, the aim of this training is to give to the participants the basis to perform their own Transcriptomics downstream analysis.
After a short introduction, participants would be able to choose between bulkRNAseq, scRNAseq or both analysis.
BulkRNAseq - Using DESeq2 standard workflow, you will first learn to conduct an analysis for a simple design. We will go through the different steps including establishing the design, normalization, clustering and differential expression analysis.
ScRNAseq - Using Seurat standard workflow, you will first learn to conduct a simple SC analysis on 10X genomics data. We will go through the different steps including integrating the data, filtering, normalization, clustering and differential expression analysis.

- You attended the "Introduction to NGS & Transcriptomics" lecture (optional, but no reminder during hands-on)
- You attended the "R Introduction" trainings (OR proof of R knowledge)
- You will need your own computer with R and/or Rstudio installed
