Description

Abstract: This presentation will pursue two objectives: First, I will introduce the essential principles of the GDPR (Lawfulness of processing, security of data and their processing, information and documentation obligations, pseudonymization vs anonymization, etc.). Secondly, I propose to discuss a series of practical situations that CRC researchers may encounter (data reuse, transfers between research partners, data breaches, etc.) to propose solutions. Finally, the end of the presentation will be open to dialogue with the audience.
