Description

This hands-on follows the "Introduction to Single-Cell Sequencing" lecture.

Following the introduction, the aim of this training is to give to the participants the basis to perform their own Single-Cell RNAseq downstream analysis.

Using Seurat standard workflow, you will first learn to conduct a simple SC analysis on 10X genomics data. We will go through the different steps including integrating the data, filtering, normalization, clustering and differential expression analysis.

In the second session, you will be able to choose to perform an analysis on your own data, or provided data with a more complex design.

Requirements :

- You attended the "Introduction to Modern Sequencing" lecture

- You attended the "R Introduction" trainings (OR proof of R knowledge)

- You will need your own computer with R and/or Rstudio installed
