Description

This hands-on follows the "Introduction to RNA Sequencing" lecture.

Following the introduction, the aim of this training is to give to the participants the basis to perform their own RNAseq downstream analysis.

Using DESeq2 standard workflow, you will first learn to conduct an analysis for a simple design. We will go through the different steps including establishing the design, normalization, clustering and differential expression analysis.

In the second session, you will be able to choose to perform an analysis on your own data, or provided data with a more complex design.

Requirements :

- You attended the "Introduction to Modern Sequencing" lecture

- You attended the "R Introduction" trainings (OR proof of R knowledge)

- You will need your own computer with R and/or Rstudio installed

Organization :

2 Sessions ~3Hrs

Price :

- GIGA/Uliege : 30€

- Academic non-GIGA/Uliege : 40€
